Talent Manager (2/3 days per week)

The direct relation with Esri Inc. (US) guaranties a fast and optimal support of our GIS users and provides access to the most recent developments in GIS technology.

We are looking for a Talent Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s talent strategy. In a project-driven business environment, where adaptability, innovation, and collaboration are essential, understanding the skills and career ambitions of our professionals is more important than ever.

Onboarding and Employee Integration:

• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company and are set up for success.
• Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that introduce new employees to company culture, values, and goals.

Employee Development and Performance Management:

• Design and implement talent development programs that align with individual career goals and the company’s needs.
• Facilitate ongoing learning and development initiatives to upskill employees and prepare them for future roles and projects within the organization.
• Collaborate with managers to follow-up the performance management process that provides regular feedback, goal setting, and performance evaluations.
• Register trainings and keep track of which training our employees have followed and to which they are still entitled.

Talent Strategy and Planning:

• Conduct workforce planning to forecast talent needs, identify skill gaps, and develop training or hiring plans accordingly.

• Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development
• Hands-on mentality.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and proficient in English.
